What you may already be paying for
Most small firms already pay for an AI licence through Google Workspace (Gemini is included in paid business plans) or Microsoft 365 (Copilot Chat included, full Copilot as a paid add-on). Licences are paid to the vendor, not to us. See Copilot or Gemini? for UK licence prices with sources.
What changes the price of a build
- How many systems are involved. One mailbox and a spreadsheet is simpler than an ATS, an accounts package and a payroll export.
- How messy the data is. Inconsistent files take longer to map.
- Personal data. Special category data means more care: a DPIA, tighter access and more review steps.
- How much a person needs to approve. Approval steps are part of the build, not an extra.
That's why we quote a fixed price after the Payback Check rather than before.
