Agentrix · Wirral, working across the UK

AI set up safely for UK small firms.

You probably already pay for AI in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Claude. The question is whether it's set up safely and saving anyone time. We time and score one real process, puts the safety basics in place, builds one small thing with a person signing off, then scores it again.

Case study

Reconciliation went from about 2 days a week to one 30-minute run.

GK Healthcare is a UK recruitment company. Its Director of Finance was spending about two days a week on reconciliation. We mapped the process ourselves and built it with fixed rules plus AI. Now it's one 30-minute run a week, and the Director of Finance checks the output. That build became Axis.

Where is your busiest process today?

  1. Stage 1: ManualDone by hand, on paper, in inboxes or from memory, and it depends on who's in that day.
  2. Stage 2: DigitisedBeforeThe information sits in a system or spreadsheet, but people still key it in, check it and move it along.
  3. Stage 3: AutomatingFixed rules move or check the data on their own, and staff deal with the exceptions.
  4. Safety basics needed above here: AI policy, DPIA, human review
Stage 4: Agent-assistedAfterAI reads, matches or drafts the work, and a named person checks and approves it before it counts.
  5. Stage 5: AgenticAI runs the process within limits you set, logs what it did and hands anything unusual to a person, who still owns sign-off.Not every process should get here.

A process only scores 4 or 5 if the safety basics are in place: an AI policy, a DPIA where personal data is involved, and a person reviewing what matters. Plenty of processes should stop at stage 4, with a person approving every output.

FAQ

What does Agentrix do?

Agentrix helps UK small firms set up and use AI safely on the tools they already pay for (Google Workspace with Gemini, Microsoft 365 with Copilot, or Claude). We also build Axis, reconciliation software for recruitment and staffing agencies, RelayRec, an AI-first ATS and CRM, and websites with Google Maps SEO for local businesses.

Where is Agentrix based, and who do you work with?

Agentrix is based in the Wirral and works with firms across the UK, mostly remotely.

How much does it cost to get started?

Most firms start with the £450 Payback Check: a two-hour session where one real process is timed and scored on our five-stage AI maturity scale. You get a written report and a fixed quote, and the £450 is credited if you book a build within 30 days.

Do we need to buy new AI software?

Usually not. We set things up in your own Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Claude accounts, with an AI policy, a DPIA where personal data is involved, and a named person approving anything that matters.

Is this legal advice?

No. We help you put the safety basics in place and use AI properly, but AIOS is not legal advice and we cannot guarantee a compliance outcome.

What results can you point to?

GK Healthcare, a UK recruitment company, had its Director of Finance spending about two days a week on reconciliation. It is now one 30-minute run a week, with the Director of Finance checking the output.
