AIOS by Agentrix
Find out where your business really is with AI, before you spend a penny on it.
We don't just advise, we set it up, on the tools you already use, in your own accounts.
AIOS isn't new software to buy. It's a method, plus Agentrix setting it up on the tools your team already pays for.
Agentrix, with a tech background, scores one of your processes on a 5-stage ladder, checks what's safe and what's missing, and tells you whether moving it up a stage would pay back.
£450 Payback Check. Credited if you book a build within 30 days.
AIOS helps you get set up and use AI safely. It isn't legal advice, and we can't guarantee a compliance or inspection outcome.
Where are you?
Where is your busiest process today?
A lot of AI projects stall because nobody wrote down the starting point, so nobody can say later what changed. We score each process separately, because your invoicing and your HR files are probably at different stages.
- Safety basics needed above here: AI policy, DPIA, human review
Tap the stage you think your busiest process is at. It's a nudge, not a quiz: nothing is stored.
Real example: GK Healthcare, a UK recruitment company: reconciliation, Stage 2 → Stage 4.
A process only scores 4 or 5 if the safety basics are in place: an AI policy, a DPIA where personal data is involved, and a person reviewing what matters. Plenty of processes should stop at stage 4.

How it works
Score
The £450 Payback Check. Two hours, one real process, timed and scored before you spend anything else.
One small build
Phase 1. One process, one number to beat, a person signing off, all set up in your own accounts.
Re-score
After Phase 1 we score the same process again, so you see the before and after in writing.
Safe set-up comes first
Before anything is automated, the basics go in: an AI policy your team actually follows, a DPIA where personal data is involved, a named person reviewing what AI produces, GDPR-safe settings, and training for the people using it.
If you're in adult social care
DHSC's guidance on using AI in adult social care (published 29 Sep 2026) says all organisations should consider having an AI policy, recommends a human review of anything AI produces, and says not to put personally identifiable information into free tools. CQC's principles (page updated 21 May 2026) include human oversight and a DPIA. Both cover England; UK GDPR applies UK-wide.
Built by Agentrix
Answers from a source you trust
Agentrix co-founded VetHubb and built Scribe, an AI scribe for vet practices. It searched BSAVA's clinical reference content from a vet's own notes, and the vet checked every note. AIOS applies the same approach to your own policies, price lists or sector guidance, with a person checking what goes out.

Build
from £700
Set up in your own accounts, on the tools you already use. Your AI policy and DPIA drafted with you for your sign-off, a person approving anything that matters, your team trained at handover. Then one workflow built and re-scored.
- Onboarding: £700 / £1,750 / £3,500
- Phase 1 build: £1,250 / £3,000 / £6,000 (Starter is a 3-week build, one workflow)

Proof
GK Healthcare, a UK recruitment company: Stage 2 to Stage 4
GK Healthcare, a UK recruitment company. The Director of Finance spent about 2 days a week on reconciliation. We mapped it and set it up ourselves, with human checks kept in. It's now one ~30-minute run a week: Stage 2 (Digitised) to Stage 4 (Agent-assisted). We've since turned that setup into Axis. Read the case study →
FAQ
What's the score for?
It gives you a written starting point for one process, so any spend after that can be judged against it. You keep the report whether or not you build anything.
What if it isn't worth doing?
Then the report says so. "Leave this one alone" is a valid answer, and you still keep the report.
Do we need new software?
Usually not. AIOS is set up on what you already pay for: Google Workspace with Gemini, Microsoft 365 with Copilot, or Claude. Your rules and business context are kept in plain files you own, so you can change tools without starting again.
What happens to our data?
The work runs in your own accounts, with access you grant and can take back at any time. Agentrix keeps no copies, and a data processing agreement is signed before any live data is touched.
Who does the work?
Agentrix does. The team that scores your process is the team that builds it.
Do we need to reach stage 5?
No. Plenty of processes should stay at stage 4, with a person approving every output.
Will this make us compliant?
No one can promise that. We help you put the basics in place; compliance stays with you and your advisers. If you're a care provider, CQC says "the absence or presence of AI does not predict a specific rating."
