Case study · VetHubb
2 hours 40 minutes saved per vet, per day.
VetHubb is an AI clinical note system for veterinary practices, built by Agentrix. Each vet was spending about 3 hours a day typing and logging notes—often finishing paperwork in the evenings. With VetHubb, each vet spends about 20 minutes a day reviewing automatically captured notes. Approved notes go straight into the practice management system.
The challenge
Clinical documentation eats into vets' days. The process involves:
- Typing detailed notes during or after consultations
- Logging information into the practice management system manually
- Finishing paperwork in the evenings
- Building up backlogs during busy periods
About 3 hours a day per vet, on admin that could be time with patients.
What we built
VetHubb is an AI scribe system that:
- Captures what the vet dictates or says during a consultation
- Generates clinical notes in real time
- Searches BSAVA (British Small Animal Veterinary Association) clinical resources under an exclusive arrangement, surfacing relevant guidance alongside the notes
- Lets vets review and approve notes before they go into the practice management system
The vet stays in control. Nothing is sent until a person approves it—the same principle we apply to every build.
The outcome
2 hours 40 minutes saved per vet, per day. Each vet spends around 20 minutes a day reviewing automatically captured notes, instead of 3 hours typing them up.
More time for patient care. Paperwork backlogs cleared.

A person approves before anything is sent
Whether it's reconciliation for a recruitment agency or clinical notes for a vet practice, the principle is the same: AI handles the routine work, but a qualified person reviews and approves the output before it counts.
