CV scoring and candidate summaries

What it does

We built this for an HR recruitment team. Each incoming CV is scored and summarised by AI, then handed to a recruiter, who decides what happens next. The recruiter reads a summary instead of starting from a blank CV, and stays in charge of every decision.

Trigger

A new CV arrives.

Steps

1. The CV is picked up and its contents passed to an AI agent.
2. The agent scores the CV.
3. It writes a candidate summary for the recruiter.
4. The score and summary are handed to a recruiter, who makes the decision.
