New booking to task and notification
Creates a task when a client books, notifies the team and keeps tasks and messages in step.
What it does
When someone books a meeting, the automation checks whether a task already exists for them, creates one if not, and notifies the team in Slack or by email. Changes to tasks can trigger follow-up messages too.
Trigger
A new booking (Cal.com or a booking webhook), or a task update in ClickUp.
Steps
- The booking details are received.
- Existing tasks are checked to avoid duplicates.
- A task is created in ClickUp.
- The team is notified in Slack or by Gmail.
- Task updates trigger follow-up messages, with waits where needed.
